That’s why, in addition to working with executives through complex decisions, GROW is committed to extending its programs to young people aged 15 and above, addressing a signicant gap in traditional education systems. By fostering early development in decision-making, influence and negotiation, we prepare the next generation to thrive in an ever-changing world.
